Logon Problems for Regional and Field Personnel

• Regional and Field personnel are automatically authenticated to the server in Detroit but will be prompted for a password.  In the event that you are prompted for a login name, it is the same as your login ID which is normally your first initial, followed by the first five letters of your last name then followed by a two-digit number.
