Hardcore Power and Fuel Economy
- Unique Turbo Compound System recycles exhaust gases and boosts torque without sacrificing fuel.
- Adds up to 50 free horsepower1 while providing up to a 5% fuel savings2 over other leading engines.
- Innovative three-filter fuel system increases fuel efficiency and decreases emissions.

Smoother, Quieter Engine
- Amplified Common Rail Fuel System (ACRS) lowers emissions, noise, vibrations and fuel consumption.
- Rear gear train and ribbed cast iron block minimize vibrations and sounds.
- Integrated Jacobs Brake® with three levels of braking reduces noise and increases stopping power.
- Stronger engine block has integrated oil and coolant passages for less idle noise.
