DDEC Reporting System
Retrieve your DDEC Data and get help producing detailed reports to analyze driver performance and keep up on periodic maintenance. Data can be retrieved via direct connection or with our wireless IRIS connection.
DDEC Reports helps you monitor every facet of engine operation, like:

- Speed vs. RPM

DDEC Data Summaries (DDDS)
Designed specifically for the owner or fleet manager, DDDS automatically manages DDEC Data from several vehicles, sorts it, and produces custom reports.

PC-based Diagnostic Link® software helps mechanics and technicians improve vehicle operations and identify any problems on the spot. It gives you the ability to change engine settings and print reports to ensure that you're getting the most from your Detroit Diesel engine.
Profit Maximizing Tools
Prolonged idling wastes fuel, causes unnecessary wear to your Detroit Diesel engine and throws more pollutants into the air. The DDEC® VI optimized idle system makes sure you can do everything — maintain engine temperature, battery voltage and cab temperature — without continuously idling. By automatically starting and stopping your engine, the optimized idle saves money.
Ether Start® System*
Cold weather starting can be tough on your engine. But not with Ether Start. By injecting a small amount of ether into the air intake at precisely the right time, your engine starts easier and more smoothly — every time. And if your system is low on ether, an indicator light in the cab lets you know.

Fuel Economy Incentive (FEI) Program
Not only does DDEC® VI help you take care of your truck by preventing and troubleshooting problems and minimizing engine abuse, it helps you minimize your fuel costs.
