Performance
Improved Driveline Angle – Our proprietary tandem axles use an above-center
position of the pinion gear. This design reduces the driveline angle between
forward and rear axles and reduces driveline vibrations—increasing longevity
and lowering maintenance costs.
Precision Cut Gears - The ring gear and pinion are precision cut using a
proprietary dry power cutting process which ensures a consistent gear mesh,
resulting in quieter and more efficient operation.
Oil Slinger
The oil slinger ensures full lubrication of the power divider - even at very
low vehicle speeds. The oil slinger can be substituted for an oil pump in most
on-highway applications.
Larger Differential
The elimination of the pinion head bearing provides additional space and allows
the differential to be larger and stronger.
Integrated Ring Gear Design
The ring gear incorporates an integrated, one-piece differential case, for a
more robust design.
Power Divider
A larger power divider means improved stability and reliability.
Above-Center-Pinion
The improved driveline angle from the above-center-pinion position of the
rear-rear axle increases longevity, and lowers maintenance costs.
